Following last season Bobby Hurley and the Arizona State staff were looking to upgrade its front court talent, and on Wednesday afternoon they added the highest rated prospect during thier ASU tenure, in 6-10 240-pound Carlton Bragg.

Bragg had a limited role with the Jayhawks in the last two seasons, as he averaged 5.2 points 4.1 rebounds per game, in 2016-17 and played 13.8 minutes per game. He will have to sit out this upcoming season due to NCAA transfer rules and will have two seasons to play for the Sun Devils. Bragg provides a formidable upgrade for ASU's front court, an area of weakness this past season.

Bragg marks the last available scholarship Arizona State had to give, as in recent weeks the program landed two other transfers in Zylan Cheatham a 6-8 220-pound forward who was a four-star prospect ad Top-100 player out of high school, and Rob Edwards a 6-4 who averaged 16.5 points per game at Cleveland State.
