Arizona's 2014 class is shaping up to be one of the best in state history and Arizona State is attempting to use the development to build on its stated renewed local recruiting emphasis. Earlier this week, the Sun Devils extended their sixth in-state offer in the class to Gilbert Highland 6-foot-5 wing Jake Toolson.
